Executive Administrative Assistant

A2P is looking for a Executive Administrative Assistant to the President of A2P to continue our growth and take our company to the next level!

Role Brief:

Reporting to the President of A2P, this position works independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Requires knowledge of manufacturing business, its policies, and procedures. Includes responsibility for executive office management as appropriate.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide office administration and support to the President of A2P
  • Prepare communications, presentations, spreadsheets, and contracts
  • Reviews, assesses, routes, answers, and monitors action items and correspondence
  • Daily lunches and occasional travel
  • Provides a wide range of support including data entry, spreadsheets, maintain calendars, email, and other applications
  • Manage calendars, arranges meetings, projects, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinates events and conferences
  • Creates and maintains filing systems for the President of A2P
  • Run errands (work/personal) in support of the President of A2P
  • Maintain reliable attendance
  • Practical and manufacturing knowledge
  • Research special projects

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6 PM; 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on occasion. Minimum of 3 years per previous employment.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7-10+ years (required)
