In the Denver, Colorado area, where flashy new apartment buildings seem to consistently pop up, Ziegler Cooper Architects were able to create a desirable community which appeals to a variety of potential renters. Incorporating high-end finishes and amenities, Parq on Speer offers engineered hardwood floors and quartz countertops in all units, as well as “smart home” technological features, such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled lighting, thermostats, and entry.
